Welcome to MagicFeedPro (“the Service”), operated by ECOMSKY. By accessing or using MagicFeedPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Description of the Service

MagicFeedPro provides AI-powered tools to optimize product feeds, generate SEO-friendly titles and descriptions, and manage catalog data for platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Microsoft Ads. Features may include:

• AI rewriting of product data
• Feed generation and synchronization
• Multi-channel export
• Credit-based usage system
• Integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce and XML feeds

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of MagicFeedPro complies with applicable laws.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse.

Subscriptions and payments

MagicFeedPro is sold through Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Paddle handles all payments, invoicing, tax and refunds; ECOMSKY does not process payments directly.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• your payment method will be charged automatically at each billing cycle;
• upgrading or downgrading a plan may prorate charges automatically;
• refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and by Paddle’s terms;
• failure to pay may result in account suspension.

AI credits

• Plans include a monthly allocation of AI credits.
• Additional credits may be purchased separately.
• Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• upload unlawful, misleading or harmful content;
• attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service;
• misuse integrations or APIs;
• use the Service to generate fraudulent product data.

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

Intellectual property

MagicFeedPro, its algorithms, branding and interface remain the intellectual property of ECOMSKY. You retain ownership of the product data you upload, and of the optimized content generated from it.

Limitation of liability

MagicFeedPro is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ECOMSKY shall not be liable for:

• loss of profits;
• variations in advertising performance;
• downtime or service interruptions;
• inaccuracies in AI-generated content;
• third-party platform issues (Google, Meta, Shopify and others).

Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid in the last three months.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms or for harmful behaviour.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Paris.
