Refund policy
This Refund Policy applies to MagicFeedPro, a software product operated by ECOMSKY, and sold via Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record and authorised reseller.
All payments, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Paddle’s Invoiced Consumer Terms and Conditions. This policy does not override Paddle’s terms.
MagicFeedPro is sold through Paddle.
Paddle handles all payments and refunds.
MagicFeedPro / ECOMSKY does not process refunds directly.
All refund requests must be submitted through Paddle.
If you are a Consumer, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of the initial transaction without providing a reason, provided that:
access to the digital service has not yet begun, and
the service has not been activated or used.
By accessing MagicFeedPro, you consent to the immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once access has begun.
MagicFeedPro is a subscription-based SaaS platform providing immediate access to digital features.
The right of withdrawal applies only to the initial subscription, not renewals.
No refunds are issued for unused time or partial subscription periods after access has begun.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle.
Cancellation stops future billing.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
No prorated refunds are issued for remaining time.
Where applicable, refunds are:
processed by Paddle,
issued using the original payment method,
handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy and applicable consumer laws.
